The name SEDA LÍQUIDA comes precisely from the title of a book that, in 2008, was written by Antonio Campins, entitled Sake, the Liquid Silk, which is, today, the only one that exists written in Spanish (there is no English edition). The title is inspired by the contemplation of the oscillating background that can be seen in a bottle of sake nigori before shaking it for consumption.
